Return Policy
Here at Techy.pk we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all our customers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.
If some mishap happens with the product like it gets damaged or sent the incorrect item, then you may return your order. Only if the product is eligible for return or refund. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Techy.pk in an unused condition and before opening any parcel or order you as a customer must make a video of unboxing as proof that the order or product delivered was in good shape or bad shape. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 7 days from the day it was delivered.
These categories cannot be returned:
- The item or product must be eligible for return and refund.
- Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
- Specific categories like wireless earphones, smartwatches and all unbranded Chinese products which don’t come with a brand warranty.
- Items that have been used or installed.
- Products that have been tampered with or missing serial numbers.
- Products with missing labels or accessories.
- Digital products.
- Delivered the same product as ordered.
Important Notes:
- If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share a video with the order number. The link or email to upload Pictures and videos will be given to you by us.
- If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform the shipping company within 3 days of delivery.
- Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Note:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item or product sent by you. We will also be notified if our team approve or reject a refund.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to you 100% in your bank account or jazz cash or easypaisa, within a certain amount of days. Once we send your refund if will be notified to you along with the reference number or transaction number.
Sale or Promotion Based Items/Products:
Items that are part of any sale/offer/promotion cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
In an unlikely situation, if the consignee received a damaged, defective or wrong product, the product may be returned. The product must be returned to Techy.pk in a resalable & unused condition.
